Terms and Conditions

By accepting this quote and ordering the the quantities at the prices contained herein, the Buyer accepts the Terms of Service as follows:

• Buyer understands that school materials and cover artwork are to be provided to First Class Planners (“FCP”) in the formats specified and by the deadlines provided in order to guarantee delivery by the specified delivery date. Noncompliance with these guidelines may result in delivery delays and/or additional costs to the Buyer.
• School submitted pages are only checked for margins and window alignment. No checks are done for grammar, spelling or punctuation.
• Finalized standard orders may be canceled if school pages (and if applicable, custom covers) have not been printed.
• Custom finalized orders can be canceled with a 25% fee if:
  • a. school pages or custom covers have been printed;
    and
  • b. the agenda has not been assembled.
• Custom finalized orders cannot be cancelled if they have been assembled.
• Re-orders under 100 units with custom components are subject to a reprint fee.
• Buyer is responsible to provide Purchase Order Number if required
